1. Custom-Made Products

  • Most of our curtains and blinds are custom-made to fit your exact measurements and design preferences.
  • As these products are made to order, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item is defective or not as described.

2. Standard Products & Accessories

  • For ready-made curtains, blinds, or accessories (if applicable), customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for an inspection, and if the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Installation, delivery, and service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for custom-made curtains or blinds cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Ready-made products may be canceled before dispatch.
